Below are our general policies on the change request by and refund for our clients. Such change and refund policies may be supplemented or superseded in subsequent specific agreements made between GHC and Corporate Clients. GHC reserves the rights to amend these policies without prior notice to anyone.

I For Corporate Clients:

Scenario-1: Dates Changes
 1.⁠ ⁠Once the dates are confirmed, any change to dates of programme/event will be subjected to trainers or consultants’ availability.

 2.⁠ ⁠Clients are responsible for reimbursing any flights and accommodation costs incurred (if paid by GHC) due to date changes.

 3.⁠ ⁠Change request received within less than two weeks from the commencement of the programme/event will be subjected to a penalty of 5% of the agreed cost.

Scenario-2: Programme/Event Cancellation
 1.⁠ ⁠If GHC receives cancellation notice in writing of a signed agreement of the programme 30 days or more prior to the commencement of the programme/event, a full refund of the deposits (if any) less any tax, administrative or service charges will be made to the client.

 2.⁠ ⁠If cancellation notification is given in less than 30 days prior to the commencement of the programme/event, 50% of the agreed engagement fees will be payable or the 50% deposit shall be forfeited. Additionally, reimbursement of flight and accommodation costs (if paid by GHC) will be required.

II For Individual Clients

All withdrawal of attendance have to be made in writing to GHC with valid reasons and subject to GHC approval. Reasons due to conflict with another event are not valid reason for refund request.

1. For valid reason, a full refund of cost less any tax, administrative or service charges will be made to the client if GHC receives the withdrawal notification 30 days or more prior to the commencement of the programme/event.

2. For valid reason, 50% of the cost less any tax, administrative or service charges shall be refunded if GHC receives withdrawal notification less than 30 days prior to the commencement of the programme/event.

3. No refund if GHC receives withdrawal notification 3 days before the commencement of the programme/event
